Poorly maintained, something always broken. Tenants also do not respect the apartment complex. There is a cockroach issue with a few of the units. Management has gone through changes for the better though. Rooms are pretty spacious for the price you are paying.
I am really happy because I had a really good experience here. I was really nervous about having to sublet summer and the manager helped me. This took such a load off since I am busy studying for Lsats. My apartment was great, very clean, very nice management , quick maintenance, complex could be cleaner but most places in westwood look the same this one was alot better though!
Nice awesome furniture, leasing agent totally cool and flexible with terms. Also like the fact that she helps with subletting and is readily available. She is super easy to talk to, and understanding. They have a cool thing called "Superbowl Pizza Raffle Days" though they randomly select units to send pizzas to , we got lucky and got one large on from Enzos on superbowl day. Only bad thing is they got our toppings wrong. Other then that cant complain over free pizza right. I came as a group of four and I had explained to the manager I was going to be late on rent because of Financial Aid, and they were so cool that they understood and waived it. They knew the UCLA schedule. They did charge my roommate a late fee for being truly late though so I wouldnt take advantage. Nice people. Great views off the balconies as well, and really large size. I debated furnished or unfurnished but I was sold immediately because their furniture is new and modern, detail to everything which made it feel pretty cozy. The wifi speed was great, I wanted to order a fight and i just asked the company and they helped me out immediately which was great since I had friends over. Not a party building, but management is nice and not in your way.
Receiving packages was easy, parking is easy, not super small spaces or anything like that.
My friends lived originally across the street actually the one in the picture since its wrong on this site, and they switched here. Its WAY better. The manager across the street is overbearing. Over all my experience with the furnished housing was great I recommend it if your not sure what your plans are and cant make long term commitments for summer or what not.
What I like about this place is the flexibility. My manager let me break up payments any way I wanted, let me do a June to June lease, and the furnishings were really above and beyond, she made it really easy, and was very flexible. Doesnt mind subletting for summer and even helped me out. I highly recommend this place do to the flexibility and the pool in the back and parking
I think this complex has gone through alot of positive changes. I always loved my furnished housing because the furniture makes it so easy with my schedule I didnt have to move anything in or anything out, I could sublet summer and not have to worry about people damaging my items. I have seen the place get new laundry machines, nice new flooring (on the fourth floor) and the female managers are really great. I recommend this place, its not a five star hotel or luxury like some of the other complexes but those are very expensive so for the price I highly recommend this place!! Parking is good too plenty of it and my roommate I got matched with were really happy
The complex could be a little cleaner, but for the price the space you get is good. My manager was real chill and I liked the look, came with a huge tv, movie posters, fold down couches, and a super sexy rug lol. I think for the price its worth it and the new onsite lady is nice too. I would recommend it to my friends and I choose not to sublet summer because I liked my place a lot
I feel really lucky to have found this place, it came furnished, and I really loved living here, and its been an amazing year. I recommend this place t anyone and will send people I know to live here, The space, furnishings, maintenance with the furnished housing company were all up to par- a great experience.
FURNISHED HOUSING IS THE WAY TO GO. I MOVED INTO MY APARTMENT WITH ALL NEW FURNITURE HUGE SIXTY INCH TV A VIEW OF ALL OF WESTWOOD ITS INSANE. IT IS A REAL CHILL PLACE I RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE ONE TOILET CLOG (OOPS) BUT MAINTENANCE CAME OUT SAME DAY AND TOOK CARE OF IT FOR US. THIS IS FOR FURNISHED THOUGH SO I CANT SPEAK FOR UNFURNISHED. COMPLEX IS GREAT TOO NICE MANAGEMENT. WISH LAUNDRY DRYERS WERE BIGGER.
Furnished housing is great! I will never pay for furniture again until im settled after college and get my internship after graduation. Its been so easy, I wish I would have done this sooner! my apartment is super clean and nice, and maintenance is quick they usually come out within an hour for our needs since they have maintenance people on deck. The last manager on site was hell but my leasing coordinator and the onsite lady now is great, super nice women, care about issues when they come up but they are also kind of firm on a couple things (no motorcycle parking out of spots) other than that I absolutely love my housing!!!
This is the perfect place if your on a budget and need great space. The rooms are equal size which is nice because it didnt cause alot of confusion among my roommates when deciding what to pay. The price per month is pretty good and low compared to what my friends paid and the furnishings and cable wifi were included which was great since I didnt know what I was doing summer! Management has been awesome because she sublet my apartment already for summer so i dont have to worry about it. I totally recommend the furnished housing options with Ucla Student Housing Deposit was low too
