Spring 2020 - I took this class online because of COVID-19. Professor Scorza was engaging in lectures. We practiced meditation during every session. However, it is not an 'easy A.' You must put in a lot of work for the assignments. There were 4 weekly logs, 4 quizzes, a presentation, a midterm paper (5-8 pages), and a final paper (10-15 pages). A LOT OF WORK. Plus participation in the discussion forum is required and attendance is mandatory. If you like professors who offer extra credit, this professor offers 3 extra credit points for writing a summary on a ted talk, attending a talk, and going to office hours one time. The topics are really interesting and prove to be introspective. I learned so much about myself. Also, shoutout to Luis, my TA. He was so kind and helpful.
