Winter 2017 - Thuy Vu is one of the better TAs for this class this quarter. It's a pity that he will no longer teach it. Acknowledging that the class demands a lot despite being a 2-unit class, he offers plenty of help, including, for example, a complete C program to demonstrate pthreads. He prints and hands out short and succinct beamer slides on the topic, and they are usually very practical and example-based. I regretted not going to his office hours more often.
