I took Econ 1. The teacher is very clear in her explanations. You must know everything that she lectures on though. The 2 assignments were easy. The midterm and final were very challenging for me. The TA's can be helpful, but I'd recommend seeing the prof directly. Make sure you take very good lecture notes and attend every lecture. I did not find the book very helpful. Overall, a challenging course but manageable if you stay with it.

Honors 175: DO NOT take this class. Honestly, the grading is THE most subjective of any class I have ever taken. 30% is participation and they do not know anyone and arbitrarily hand out grades. Honestly, Intriligator is a smart man but not the best teacher. Especially when it comes to grading-- he is ridiculous.
