Description: Seminar, three hours. Course 235A is requisite to 235B. Analysis of internationalization of European world economy, emergence of Western core and its relation with European peripheries. Comparative analysis on different regions, stressing main characteristics of postwar European economy. In Progress grading (credit to be given only on completion of course 235B).

I took Professor Hovannisian for Comparative Genocides. He is an amazing professor! Always concerned about his students and really engages everyone to participate in his class. You definitely have to show diligence in his class to get an A. Do all the readings, yes, they are a lot but interesting enough. Asking questions and participating in his class are key, so attending every class in sitting like a log isn't an option. =)
