Spring 2020 - Dr. Macey is a wonderful professor, and the following comments I will make do not reflect his role as a professor, but rather the structure of the class. I understand that because the class is a writing II class, there is little that he can do about the curriculum and structure. But on god, we wasted so much time. The amount of time I spent in lecture does not correspond to the amount that I learned. And it's not Dr. Macey's fault at all! He tried so hard to make the class engaging, but we could have used the time spent in this lecture to learn more about nurse burnout, or bullying in the workplace, or how to give report to a doctor, or just something actually applicable. Dr. Macey is freaking awesome tho.
