Description: (Formerly numbered 155.) Lecture, three to four hours; discussion, one hour (when scheduled). Course 155A is not requisite to 155B. Examination of philosophical issues raised by problems of medical ethics, such as abortion, euthanasia, and medical experimentation. May be repeated for credit with consent of instructor. P/NP or letter grading.
