Modern quantum field theory, including free and interacting field quantization, operator and path integral formulation, renormalization theory and renormalization group methods, gauge theories, quantum electrodynamics and quantum chromodynamics, spontaneous symmetry breakdown, mass generation, and anomalies. S/U or letter grading.
