Spring 2021 - This class was fun. There was a lot of group participation within the lecture. We went over readings and discussed ideas that we may not have completely understood. He really liked to listen to our ideas and take on cases. I liked to learn about important cases that set precedents. The class consisted of readings and annotations you complete online through a textbook before every class. Then you talked about that in class. The final was a 14 page paper. It was tough to get started and pick a topic or frame a thesis for me personally. But he set office hours for everyone where he helped me get an understanding of what I should be writing. I ended with an A. I would definitely recommend office hours if you want to get a good grade on the final. That's basically what your grade is composed from.
