Description: Seminar, one hour. Exploration of various hallucinogens, including classical psychedelics such as LSD, Psilocybin, DMT/Ayahuasca, Mescaline/Peyote, 25i-NBOMe; dissociatives such as Ketamine, PCP, Salvia divinorum, DXM; other hallucinogens such as frog skin, Ibogaine, nitrous oxide, MDMA, Cannabis, 2C-B. Discussion of history and origins; mechanism in brain; metabolism; physiological, physical, and sensory effects; risks and tolerance; therapeutic, spiritual, and recreational use; sociocultural impact; laws and regulations; and student opinions on hallucinogens.
