Professor Colwell is one of the nicest professors I have ever had. Super understanding and extremely knowledgable, makes you actually want to go to class and watch every lecture. He's genuinely so sweet and understanding and easy to talk to. Also so good at answering questions! lectures and discussion are optional, but highly recommend you go because he gives lots of information about exams during them.
Professor Colwell is a respected researcher at UCLA. He has done some work with Chancellor Block, who will be one of the guest lecturers. The material is very interesting and Colwell makes it very exciting for students. About 45% get A's, which is a pretty fair amount. This class does require some time dedication, but it's definitely a lot easier than Physci core classes. There is one midterm and a final, mostly multiple choices and True/False
