Fall 2020 - Avoid this man like the plague. He makes learning about the law so painfully difficult. He teaches us like we are 3L law students at Harvard. When you say you don't understand, he repeats his useless jargon and expects that you understand. Everybody got screwed over in the final. Unless you want constant stress about your grade and want to be discouraged from going to law school, do not take this class.

Fall 2021 - Take this class if you're interested in business or the law and want to learn about it in an engaging and interactive class. Class discussions are really important, and Coach makes a genuine effort to learn everyone's names and make sure everyone participates. I never felt bogged down by readings or work for this class and both Coach and the TA were always really responsive to emails if you get lost at all with the material. Overall it's really clear that he wants his students to learn, enjoy the class, and take a class with him again.
