Winter 2020 - Professor Juvonen is one of the best professors I've ever had. She's also one of the best people I've ever met. She genuinely cares about her students and it shows so much in her class. She is so knowledgable and doesn't leave any stones unturned when talking about adolescent development. Most of the studies that she uses in class as evidence are studies that she herself conducted, not because she's showing off, but because she's just that freaking good. If you don't take this class you are not fully taking advantage of your experience at UCLA.

Take this class! Dr. Juvonen is a great professor. She absolutely cares about you, is completely available and does not try to trick you with weird tests. Show up, listen to the lectures (which are great), do the reading (no texts, just one research study per class) and you will do great. Wish I could take her again - I learned a lot!
