This is advanced ballet. The class is run like a traditional ballet class and you must come every day prepared to work. Participation is essential as well as engagement. The class has no homework commitments and it is graded on your ability to execute the movement sequences and precision. I would only recommend this class if you have previous ballet training. Overall, the class is a great work out and a great use of time.
