Prof. Koffi put a lot efforts in this class. Besides the technical content of the course, I learned new software such as Latex and Matlab. The project homework assignments can be tricky especially if you aren't the greatest with Matlab. However, Professor Koffi is always willing to lend you a hand when you reach out. He has been nothing short of great when it comes to email responses and answering any of my many questions. I wouldn't have wanted to take the class with anyone else.

Koffi Enakoutsa is an amazing professor. He was really engaging and held review sessions before every quiz and test. We did fall behind in pacing because he likes to do a lot of practice problems, but the practice was still helpful. My TA was also great, which definitely helped. He's very lenient and ultimately wants students to succeed. Because of this, he was willing to extend homework due dates, drop quizzes, and curve difficult questions on the exams. At first, I struggled with his cursive, but it wasn't bad. In all, Math 32B with Koffi was great.

As someone who took 32A with Prof. Spaas and felt that super easy, 32B was definitely more difficult for me and I had to put in more effort studying, especially in the second half of the quarter. The first half is pretty easy, mainly doing triple integrals, but the second half and second midterm was more confusing. Professor Enakousta is super nice and does a bunch of review sessions outside of class, but if you want to do well in the class you should go to them since some of them include material not covered in lectures. The homework is pretty heavy and time-consuming, especially towards the last 3 weeks of the quarter, but it's way harder than the actual exam content. Koffi is also (in my opinion) pretty lenient with grading as I felt like I didn't do well on midterm 2 and ended up with an 83. My only complaint is that my discussion section with the TA Patrick H. felt like a waste of time and I didn't learn much from it.

Koffi is definitely the best professor I have ever met during my first quarter at ucla and also the first quarter during pandemic times. He is a kind person and is tolerant of late submission but workload is a little bit heavy because he assigns not a lot but many question which could be finished by majorities and very helpful.I also enrolled in his other classes and the workload was not as heavy as it was probably because 2020 fall quarter was the first quarter here at UCLA for him so he needed sometime to adjust so you guys can forget what I said about the workload and do not need to be worried. There will be nothing wrong for you to go with koffi.

He geniously care about his students. The homework helped me to grasp deeply the content of the coure material. I have to learn latex and Matlab for his project assignments. There were three of them and I was given the freedom to work on a topic of my choice. Pretty smart guy too!

Amazing Professor! Koffi is incredibly intelligent so he somewhat rambles during lectures. Sometimes difficult to follow along. However, he's literally one of the most caring people I've ever met. Replies to emails at 4 am with paragraph-long answers and admits that he can't sleep because he worries if our final is fair. Quizzes and exams were very fair.

Extremely helpful and the first calculus teacher I've had in college that actually knew what he was talking about. I'd recommend scheduling him if at all possible.

I was nervous for Math 33b before the course begins given the poor rate the Professor has on Bruinwalk, but Professor Koffi was such an engaging and very knowledgeable professor. He organized many extra review sessions (especially before midterm and final exams) where he went over many of the exams' study guide problems. He hosted many extra evening office hours. His homework assignment load was overwelming though, but he was very flexible with the submission deadlines which i pretty much appreaciated. I learned a lot from his course. Great professor!

I’ll start off by saying that math is not my strongest subject. I’m not sure if it’s because everything is remote and my adhd goes haywire because of the constant screen time, but I’ve found it take me loads longer to master the material. Luckily Professor Koffi is extremely helpful and understanding when it came to his students. I found his lectures moved very fast and could be confusing at times so I found it helped to follow along in the textbook. His exams were relatively easy as long as you’ve been keeping up with the material. The only downside of the class is the HW, there’s loads of it and a good portion of the questions were usually more difficult than the exam questions. With that being said, I preferred having more challenging HW than more difficult exams. Being able to take the time to work through the problems and ask questions during office hours helped me actually learn the material. Highly recommended
